The Academic Committee determines the relevance of the project:

1. Send the project proposal in PDF format to the Department Head of your program using your institutional email account (see downloadable file).
2. The Academic Committee evaluates the following aspects:

2.1 That the company is registered with the SAT, preferably as a corporate entity under the general tax regime.

2.2 That the scope and complexity of the project allow the student to complete the 525 hours (for TSU in the 6th semester) or the 480 hours (for Bachelor's degree in the 11th semester).

2.3 That it is related to one of the subjects in the educational program.

2.4 That the company is willing and has the resources for its implementation.

2.5 That the diagnosis is supported by numerical data and graphs.

2.6 That it covers a sufficient period to determine that it is not a seasonal phenomenon.

2.7 That the sections of the project are coherent and aligned with each other.

2.8 That the strategy is consistent with the diagnosis and the objectives.

2.9 That the objectives are challenging but realistic.

2.10 That the results are measurable and generate value for the company.

2.11 That it uses the English language (preferably).

2.12 That it improves the intern's résumé and enables better job opportunities.

2.13 That it is correctly written and free of spelling mistakes.

The Academic Committee is made up of professors from the respective departments. Academic advisor assignments are made according to the professor's availability and academic background, not at the student's request.

The file name of the project proposal must be:

`ID_FIRST-LAST-NAME_SECOND-LAST-NAME_GIVEN-NAMES_PROJECT_PROPOSAL.PDF`

For example:

`2814_GOMEZ_HERNANDEZ_MARTA_GRACIELA_PROJECT_PROPOSAL.PDF`

• The full file name must be in UPPERCASE.
• No accents or spaces (use underscore `_` instead of spaces).
• Do not use Ñ; replace it with N. For example, `MUNOZ` instead of `MUÑOZ`.
