How to Fill Out the Presentation
This guide explains how to prepare the internship Presentation.
- The presentation must be written in English.
- The file must be submitted in both formats: PPT and PDF.

Slide 1 – COVER PAGE
Keep the texts `STUDENT'S NAME, CAREER and DATE`.
- NAME: Write the student’s full name in the following order: first name(s), first last name, second last name.
- CAREER: Write the full name of the academic program/career (use the official names from the Full names of the careers tab).
- DATE: Write the end date of the quarter established in the University calendar.

Slide 2 – COMPANY NAME AND LOGO / TITLE OF THE PROJECT / ADVISERS
1. COMPANY NAME AND LOGO:
- Write the company’s legal name and trade name.
- Insert the company logo as a JPG or PNG image with good size and clarity so it does not look blurry or pixelated.
2. TITLE OF THE PROJECT:
- Write the project title exactly as it appears in item 19 of the Internship project registration.
3. ADVISER ACADEMIC NAME:
- Write the full name of the academic adviser, including degree or title if applicable (for example, Lic., Dr., Mtro., Ing., etc.).
4. ADVISER BUSINESS NAME:
- Write the full name of the business adviser, including degree or professional title if applicable.

Slide 3 – INTRODUCTION
Write a short paragraph that presents, clearly and concisely:
- What the project is about.
- Where it was carried out.
- The context in which it arises.

Slide 4 – OBJECTIVES
Clearly state the project objectives, both general and specific.

Slide 5 – MATERIALS & METHODS
Describe:
- Materials used.
- Methodology followed for the development of the project.
Schemes, diagrams, or images may be used when necessary.

Slide 6 – RESULTS
Present the results obtained in a clear and concise way:
- Numerical data.
- Relevant tables, graphs, or figures.

Slide 7 – CONCLUSIONS
Write the conclusions, recommendations, and reflections derived from the project in a clear and organized manner.

Slide 8 – REFERENCES
List the most relevant reference sources, preferably in APA format and alphabetical order.

Slide 9 – BACK COVER
Keep the back cover design exactly as it appears in the official format.
